But not enough to actually eat something. Ehh. "Do you know what you're doing after Hogwarts?" he asked. Was that being nosy? Well, curious was more like it. Yes. That was it.
Looking down at his sled, Stephen answered, "Not really. Once in a while, when I'm feeling an adrenaline rush. Other than that, I throw snowballs at little first years with my friend Kat,"
The grinning Spaniard looked down as Stephen mentioned that he'd be leaving after this year. His grin faded. It was true. Even though he had only been attending Hogwarts since last year, it felt more like home than his previous school had. He wasn't sure what he was going to do once he left Hogwarts, but the idea made him saddened.
"Yeah, this is my last year here," He said softly. Shaking his head, he looked up again and looked at Stephen. "Well, I was considering getting a job over the summer in Diagon Alley. But I'm not sure. Since I came here after I took my O.W.Ls in Spain, things got a bit messy." he frowned. "My parents want me to get a job at the Ministry..." he added.
"How about you? I know you've still got one more year here, but you must have started thinking about what you wanna do, right?"
ooc: I'm adding to this post cuz I gotta find ingredients for potions class. xD
Roderigo gazed over to the side of the courtyard, where a bundle of plants were growing freely. They had caught his attention for they were something he needed for his Potions class. He looked apologetically to Stephen.
"Sorry I need to grab these real quick," he said, running over to the plants. They were Valerian roots, and he needed them for his Revitalizing Potion. He pulled out his wand, conjured a container, and pulled out some of of the Valerian. He ripped off the roots, threw them into the container, and hurried over back to Stephen.
"They're Valerian Roots," he said, feeling it was necessary to explain it to Stephen. "In Potions, we needed to find ingredients to make our potions. I'm making a Revitalizing Potion, and I needed these." He shook the small container before placing them back into the pocket of his robes.
