Kita Lewis retrieves the Quaffle and she puts it back into play . . . her pass is caught by Penny Laughgood . . . she tucks it under her arm and zooms down the pitch . . . she swerves past a Ravenclaw defender before passing to Isobel VonHue . . . she makes the catch and zooms forward . . . the Seekers suddenly dart across her path and VonHue almost drops the Quaffle . . . she slows down and regains control of the ball . . . VonHue raises her arm and she passes to Simon De Simpson . . . he makes the catch and zooms ahead . . . De Simpson enters the scoring area . . . he raises his arm and he shoots . . . THWACK! Theodore Dumble uses a mighty sweeping motion of his broom and knocks the Quaffle away from the center goal hoop.

Its a blur of yellow and blue as the Seekers chase after the Snitch . . . the hunt takes them round and round the pitch . . . suddenly, they go into a dive . . . both Seekers reach out . . . and they veer into opposite directions . . . a figure in blue holds a fist into the air . . . Ellie Stone of Ravenclaw has caught the Snitch! Ravenclaw has caught the first Snitch of the game!
