Maybe she should convert to eating celery or something... nah... Chocolate is much better!

"Oh." Nika listened to Ari explain and felt a bit embarrassed that she didn't know about the event. Ari said it as if it was the simplest thing. Who was this Harry kid again... The name did sound familiar, but she couldn't remember where she had heard it before. "Thanks for explaining Ari. This is why I need to pay extra attention in History of Magic." It was history right?... They would learn about that stuff right?... Eh. Worse come to worse she'd go to the library and find a book or two about it. It would take a bit of motivation to read it, but she'd eventually get to it in the end.

Nika smiled sheepishly. It had taken her several tries, whilst it took Ari only one try to do her spell on the mouth. "I don't even know how I remembered that!" Hm... maybe her bad memory wasn't so bad after all!? "You can turn the trash into anything! Some people turned them into instruments and started playing music for us in class!" She said chuckling after remembering the newly formed "transfiguration band". "Too bad Shaw only teaches us how to turn cats into hats..." Why would they ever want to do that!?! "Ooh! Is there a special type of camera for that?" Maybe they could use the same spell to transfigure a peice of trash into a camera...
Nika's card collection seemed approximately as large as Ari's, but probably contained more Gryffindor figures. 'Do you need Rowena Ravenclaw? I've got lots of her, we could exchange, maybe you have more of the same Gryffindors?' Ariadne suggested.

Ari had a feeling that her explaination wasn't very informative or convincing, but since Nika didn't say anything, the firstie kept quiet too. 'I just know these things because History of Magic is my absolute favourite and I read a lot. I think I'm spending too much time in the library.' the tiny Gryffindor chuckled.

'That sounds fantastic, I bet that Professor was great.' Unlike Shaw. Siiigh. 'I don't know, it's pointless really. Cats are lovely animals, I could get a hat from Hogsmeade or Diagon Alley anytime, no need to use a lovely cat for that.' Ariadne shook her head.

'Yes, the magical camera is somewhat different from the Muggle one. My uncle owns one, it's really great. I should borrow it next year.' the girl decided. 'It's getting dark, I reckon we should get back to our Common Room.' Ari pointed out. 'I'm proud of our snowman! We should meet again, for a snowball fight this time!' True, it was already mid-February, but Scottish winters lasted forever.

'Wooooow!'. That was the only thing she could say. 'Wooow, Ari, but...that's FANTASTIC!', she told her friend. Why didn't I think of that first? That could be the greatest job ever, she wanted to add, but couldn't. The young ravvie remained speechless (probably for the first time ever). She nodded and tried to say something. However, it wasn't necessary, Ari continued talking.

'Yeah, sure...my mom is proud of me, I mean, both my parents are.', she said while checking out the portrait. Almost done...

SPOILER!!: GWEN'S DRAWING FINISHED

'Ok...It's finished.', she announced, checked it out again and finally gave it to Ari. Hope she likes it...
Ari couldn't help but smile proudly when she noticed her friend was genuinely impressed by her career choice. 'Really? It's not something you hear every day, but I can't think of anything I'd like more than that. Except possibly being a magical historian.' she pondered.

Why did Gwen say that just her mum was proud? It was probably a stupid question to ask, so Ari refrained herself from doing that. 'Wow, it really does look like me. You're very talented.' Ari commented on the drawing. 'It's amazing.' she smiled.

'I need to go back to my dormitory to start on some homework. I hope to see you again soon.' she told Gwen, hugging her.
