A new photo and highlighted quotes from Rupert Grint's interview in the July issue of Attitude magazine have been
released online. Rupert discussed his slightly uncomfortable adolescence outside the
Harry Potter films, and the fact that he had to take on female roles for plays before getting the role of Ron Weasley. The new shot of Rupert surrounded by a green haze of gas can be seen below, as well as the new comments, where he also stated that he'll be heading down to Australia in the coming weeks. It is currently unknown if Rupert will be heading down under for promotion or holiday.

Grint said: ‘We used to do school plays all the time. Because we didn’t have any girls I used to get all the female roles. I was the youngest in the class and my voice was the last to break, so I was usually playing the girl parts in the wigs and the dresses. I got a little bit of stick for that.’
But he insists being picked on made him more confident, adding: ‘It’s that weird school period when kids can be quite cruel. You’ve got to stick it out and just be strong.’
‘I never really got bullied for my red hair,’ the 22-year-old said. ‘I knew some kids who really struggled with it. It’s ridiculous. There’s such a big stigma about ginger hair.
'People think you’re geeky or this or that. I’ve never thought about dyeing it. It’s just part of who I am.’

Rupert - Ron in the Harry Potter films - added: "I'm going to Australia in a few weeks. I've never been before. Spiders have always stopped me."
The new issue of Attitude magazine with Rupert on the cover will be released on Tuesday.
