Rose was distressed. And to be honest, the situation sounded awful. She opened her mouth to reply, when William came into the Owlery. She paused.. Much as he was a good friend to her, this conversation was not for his ears.

"Yes, Rose was just telling me." Presley said simply. All she wanted at this point in time was for him to go so she could talk to Rose. She didn't mind. They'd already been through this. But if she said congrats or something, Rose would be hurt. If she was rude, William would be hurt. Presley was in a very conflicted situation right now.

And Rose was upset. Presley had no freaking idea what to do now. William just needed to go so that she and Rose could finish thier discussion.
