Simon knew they would eventually need to capture the cat rather then just bait it, he just hoped it wouldn't prove too violent in the process. With a little luck maybe the catnip would in turn mellow it out after a time though it didn't seem likely and not for the first time he wish he hadn't given up his wand. Not that that would have been fair, it just would have allowed him the ability to try and make better any damage done by the feline. Merlin knew when Shaw would actually give them their wands back.

"Thats it Kitty...come for the catnip..." he mused quietly waiting in position almost ready to pounce when the cat was close enough. Once Simon figured it was, he quickly but asd gently as he could scooped up their target into his arms complete with catnip, thankful for his long sleeves to protect himself from any attack as he got up to his feet"...stay for the class."
