She wanted to scream, she needed to. Instead, she brought her broom to the ground as fast as she could and tried to brush away the flames that were licking her arm. As soon as her feet was on the ground, though, the fire dissapeared. She swallowed nervously, and she checked her whole body in panic.

Her body was still whole and she closed her eyes. That was when she noticed the tears that had made their way to their face. Fire. One of the deadliest things on earth.

Looking around, Brielle was content to know that nobody had seen her. She had panicked unnecessarily, and now, it was time to finish her task. Jumping on her broom again, she made her way to the last barrel she had just passed through, determined now to finish the course.

Brielle seemed to be a bit braver now that she understood the fires wouldn't hurt her. Again repeating what she had done earlier, her broom zoomed on, barrel by barrel. She watched the fire she passed through flicker and crack dangerously, but she knew the Professor's protection charms were there for a reason.

Soon enough, she looked behind her to see 24 barrels already passed through. Finally, only six to go.

Her body was stiff and straight, a few parts had bright fire licking them, but her broom zoomed on. Brielle had never appreciated flying like she was now. Maybe fire wasn't so scary after all, but she knew that it was still dangerous. A hundred thoughts filled her head. They kept on coming, as if to distract her from the heat she felt every time she entered a new barrel.

Soon enough, she stopped. There were no more barrels ahead of her, just the sight of the green, grass. She had done it! Looking back, her blue eyes twinkled. She really had done it...
