No, she wasn't going to think about the or worse part. She couldn't. Thinking about that hurt too much. Looking into his eyes she still had tears running down her face. She wanted so bad to ask him not to go but she knew she couldn't. She had already tried that once over the summer and it didn't work. She was pretty sure it wouldn't work now.
