That lesson being that when you constantly look down you miss what is in front of you, and what is in front of you could be a magnificent, beautiful, and fabulous visage who would get offended by people who did not look at her. So, she crept up behind him and shouted "WELCOME!! to the Ministry of Magic!" After giggling uncontrollably, like only Poppy would, she posed ready to be seen.
