Neptune chanced ONE finger into the danger zone and did manage to stroke it's messy fur. "Awwwww! I wish we had clothes for it! Don't you wanna be all dressed up, Sir Kitty?"

Neptune's cat catching skills..... still lacking. Giggle. Where was LEGEND CHOSEN? This was such a BOY thing. Sigh.
