Okay, this was gonna be difficult. How was Layla going to catch one little kitty when they were scattered everywhere? She first tried chasing after them. That didn't work, so she tried a different approach. There was a black and white one sitting alone in the corner, it's back to her. She decided to just let it munch on it's catnip while she crept up. But as soon as she was a few steps away, it's ears perked up, and it ran. She now walked around looking for more cats. Maybe if she just went for a bigger one it would be easier to catch. There was a good sized brown one just walking by it's self nearby. She slowly walked around it. And theeenn.... "AHA!!!" She shouted. It hissed and spat at her. "Do you really think that that's going to do you any good?" She whispered to it. There was one thing Layla forgot- Cats are faster and more nimble than humans. It clawed the air and dashed through her legs. Her hands were not fast enough. Seriously! She thought. How is anyone able to do it! After a while, Layla thought up a plan. She went to a more crowded area of the corridor and sat down, her back against the wall. She started cooing like a pigeon. A couple of cats turned, but only a small cream colored one came near. It was close enough that she could stroke it. She reached out her hand and it came closer. It sat in her lap and Layla stoked it. After a little bit, she picked it up and took it to the classroom.
