Despite his fear of cats, Jayce knew he had to get this over with and fast. He didn't want to be the last one out here. With.. GULP leftover cats. GULP. He wasn't about to be left behind and swarmed/clawed to death. NU UH. Not in his plan for the day. So, he walked all the way down the corridor. Where there were a couple huddled in the corner.
He eyed them trying to pick out the weakest one. But none of them looked all that weak or.. nice for that matter. So, he glanced around for a cat that seemed like it could be easily caught. That's when his eyes caught sight of a little long haired white and brown one staring up at him. The cat opened it's mouth and hissed.
NU UHHHHH. SCAAAAAAAAAARY KITTY. IT WAS GOING TO EAAAAT HIM.
He backed up a bit and eyed it some more. What could he do? He could.. grab it's long fur.. but it would bit him for sure. Jayce wanted his mom. She'd save him! The seventh year's blue eyes stared into those of the cats. What nowww? Arya watched the other students for a while until she saw one cornering a group of ferals.
"They'll attack if you keep them cornered." She spoke almost cheerfully. It took her a bit, but she finally retrieved some cat nip from one of the nooks it had managed to sneak into and walked over to the older boy, holding out some for him with her eyes settling gently on the ferals.
"You have to coax them out and give them some space... that is, if you don't want to get bit." Getting bit by a feral was the WORST.
She kept a bit of cat nip for herself and knelt down a safe distance away from the cornered group, hand held out slightly in offering to them. Wasn't the BEST plan, but she was working with what she had.
