Just when she thought this class couldn't get anymore insane, Shaw goes and gathers a bunch of crazy feral cats then tells the class to catch one without a wand. Brilliant. Just brilliant.
Vashti watched the cats and the students trying to catch them uneasily, wondering how exactly this was supposed to be done. It didn't seem at all possible do do this without getting scratched or bitten, which was something she wanted to avoid. She couldn't just not to the assignment though, so the plan was really how to get scratched and bitten the least. So she glanced around, searching for either a partner or a cat that looked nicer than the others. Or both.
