Oh for the love of Merlin and Morgana... those freaking cats had gone CRAZY! Lexi watched in awe as the cats went bonkers and ran off hissing and such. "Wh-why do you want my cat? And how are we supposed to catch wild cats without getting all scratched up and bit and stuff?" Surely it wasn't safe... or FUN. She didn't want to get cat scratch fever or kneazle pox or something crazy like that.
This is why Lexi needed a Neptune Bott in her life. She approached her friend and the kitty she'd baby-sat over the holidays. "He's a loony, Lex. Shhh. Let's just go. We'll set Merlin free in the corridor." Neptune shot a sneaky look back at Shaw, then back to Lex. Giggle.
