Caroline? How long had she been following him? He stopped. What was wrong? Well... he may be about to make a huge mistake and ruin his family. That wasn't really an answer you'd tell your girlfriend though, was it?
Before he could think of anything appropriate to say he was being kissed. After getting over the initial shock he wrapped his arms around her and kissed her back.
He recovered from his daze when Caroline asked about his sister. "Nothings wrong... yet." he said starting to pace. Oh, why did it take so long to think? He just need to make a decision. But he couldn't. WHY was it so loud on this hall? Glancing down the hall he spotted a gathering of people talking pirate-like. They must have been working on their History of Magic assignment.
"Come on, let's go upstairs." closer to the common room he said climbing the stairs two at a time.
Caroline let go of him. Still a bit dazed. She focused her attention back to what was going on.
Nothing yet? She noticed that the hall was loud and very crowded. Possibly working on the HOM homework assignment giving all the pirate talk that she hear.
She nodded and followed him up the stairs following his two at steps at a time pace. They had finally made it to the sixth floor, that was better it was quietier and alot less crowded. She gripped his hand a bit tighter since she was already holding it tight to keep up with him.
"What do you mean not yet?" Now walking at a better and much slower and easier to talk with someone pace.
