Why did everyone seemed so surprised when she said that she had made something?
"Yeah I did. I would have bought you something..." She trailed off and shrugging her shoulders. Finn knew that she didn't have much money. Well that technically wasn't true since Nik had given her the key to his vault but she felt funny using the money in there to buy her friends birthday presents. Besides she liked making things.
Mia couldn't help but beam up at him when he said he loved it.
"Phew." she said while wiping her brow.
"Not sure what I would have done if you didn't." She gave him a wink and smiled before noticing a girl standing nearby and she immediately moved out of the way.

She watched as Finn and the girl conversed with each other and she would have to be both blind and an idiot not to realise that these two were obviously more than just friends. Mia would have talked to the others that were standing around but she didn't know any of them except for Sal and she didn't really fancy talking to him because it may just end up in an argument and she didn't want to cause any problems on Finn's birthday.
But it seemed that she didn't have to anyway because Finlay was now introducing her to his new girlfriend. Mia gave the Slytherin a warm smile and extended her hand forward.
"It's really lovely to meet you Fallon."
