Crouching down, Kurumi looked back at Salander. "So...I take it you were not here to play with baby augereys," she laughed noticing his obvious glances up at the rafters. Maybe he was here to play with some cruppies?

Salander's head kept shifting between the rafters and the ground where Kurumi sat. Unconsciously, he reached out and took her offered scarf, threw it over his head and tucked the ends down into his collar. Hmm... lets hope Kurumi's never heard of Granny Goose.

Crouching behind the crates with only the top part of his scarfed head visible, Salander peeked worriedly at the bug pile then back up at the nests. "Oh yes very exciting Kurumi..." he mumbled, patting her shoulder nervously. Kid was getting crazier by the day, choosing a pastime to hang around with vultures. Lexi's daredevil streak seems to be rubbing off on her already.

Wait the little Gryff asked a question too didnt she? "Huh?.... oh no. Uh.... I dont play with vultures-- I mean the augereys. Actually I was looking for the old feeds and tool shed from last term." He looked nervously around and drops his voice to a whisper "Truthfully hanging around a building full of animals that can eat you and rip you limb from limb isnt the best way to go about things if you plan to live to 100 y'know?"
