He shook his head, "Not real snow. Fake snow, loads of." He didn't want to touch the rea snow though. If it was cold in the air, the snow had to be cold too.

Yes, and he seemed completely uncomfortable standing here, better not make him go outside. Or not today, maybe when the snow was close to melting, so Conan would be able to enjoy it, but wouldn't be too cold.
He still smiled and sat on one step, he wasn't heading out if Conan wasn't, and they knew he wasn't taking one step closer to the Courtyard.
"You may join me," he said, gesturing next to him. He'd better sit.
"Actually, Conan, would go to Hogsmeade if there's snow falling down?" he asked, eyes on the boy.
