39. Duel

Lucy and Tyler were spread 10 feet apart, about to have their first ever duel. Tyler was smirking and rolling up his sleeves; he apparently thought he could beat Luce with ease. Lucy, on the other hand, was looking quite grim—her wand was malfunctioning slightly.
“Okay, ready?” Yelled Ty from across the room. Lucy wasn’t really ready but she nodded her head anyway. Both held up their wands for their first spell.
“Expelliarmus!” Tyler yelled, while at the same time, Lucy yelled, “Stupefy!” Lucy’s wand flew into the air towards Ty but not before Lucy screamed; she hated losing.
