"Yeah this is what this is about." Simon sighed. "Yeah I called her a troll after she called me a freak and I look like I just got back from taking a swim in a toilet and then you come and ask if I'm annoying her when she stole my letter." Simon sighed as he too sat down. "The Treyen I knew would have at least ask me why I was upset but no you took one look at the Slytherin genius and decided it was all my fault." Simon said before adding. "Okay I shouldn't have called her a Trol."
The facts...about what? Because he knew what had happened with the points. But, oh, right, he was talking about their former argument, the one that had cost him 3 points EACH. Unbelievable.

Treyen tilted his head to one side as he considered what Simon had said. The boy didn't lie, but he'd been acting out lately. AND...calling certain Professors old. Okay, only one Professor, but still. If Kazimeriz was still around, then Simon would've been expelled by now, according to what the Daily Prophet had to say about the ancient man.

Okay. Hold on.

He shook his head for a moment, "That doesn't sound like the Destiny I know, she doesn't even touch other people's stuff," SOOOO true, because back at the lake, he'd been the one to help her get the lice on her bag, and she wasn't even touching her bag after that. Clearly, in Treyen's mind, Simon's story was flawed. "I'm not calling you a liar...," he started to say, "...but it's hard to believe she took your letter," geniuses don't do that. Actually, geniuses don't even care about what happens to other people, right?

"Let's say for a moment that she actually took your letter...you could've taken it back without being rude to her or anything," he said, shrugging, "Sorry, Simon, she's always been nice enough to me," Marie had been nice as well, and even Evelyn, never mind how scary the latter one was.

"I'm actually more sorry that it took us this long to discuss this," because things had gotten out of hands, apparently.
