As she opened the door to let the woman out, a memo slapped her in the face:

"Oh for Merlin's Sakes!" she said shaking her head. Didn't he understand there was REAL work to do, and not this stupid stuff? She left with the note in hand to find Armen and see what he thought...

New Scene
(From the Staircase)

The door opened and Gina came in with Armen in tow. "I have fudge..." She said pulling out a box from her desk. "It should help us with our brainstorming... I like your open door policy idea..."

Armen followed Gina into her office and took a seat in one of the chairs across from her desk. He wasn't being rude he just felt like he had known her in particular for long enough that it didn't matter any more. She was welcome to do the same when she visited his office. "Ah, fudge would be lovely, thank you Gina." the Department Head looked around the office for a few minutes as he waited for her to retrieve the treat.

She liked his idea? "Well thanks. I figured it would also add to a sense of community within the employees and Departments." he smiled. Borr would eat that stuff up. "I think that if we combined our ideas, my open door thing and your breeze charm, we could send them in seperately and just both have a small note on the bottom saying we were planning on implenting them through the Ministy." He nodded smally.
