He had that silly love-struck grin when Lexi blew a kiss his way, raising his hand to catch it, then pressed it against his lips as if his Gryffincess has just planted the sweet one right there. But soon after his eyes caught the gesture of her trying to brush off her malady, and trying to put on a strong front. For a moment he felt guilty, wondering if he should've insisted to stand up and give their orders so that she can just relax.

As Lexi set the tray down, brimming with mostly his their orders, his stomach made an audible growl, almost feeling like it wanted to rip itself out of his torso and gobble up the food itself. "Thanks babe!" he managed to utter before seizing the pancakes and the bacon butties, chomping into the sandwich hungrily as he reached out and poured maple syrup over the stack of pancakes. He finished the gargantuan sandwich in a couple of mouthfuls and without breaking pace, started slicing down and shoving pancakes into his mouth. He couldnt seem to chew or swallow fast enough before his tummy would scream that it wanted MOARRR food. Amidst all that frantic feeding, he did manage to look up and meet Lexi's gaze, seeing her delectable I-want-one-too cheesecake and the nice little teapot....
