James had a sweet smile on his face. Why? He had no idea and he really felt like busting out in sing some tunes. Why? No idea. He was just out of it today. His first day at Hogwarts and he was just plain weird right now and out of his element.

James walked past a girl and he stopped and took a few steps back. He looked at her and wondered if he should say something to her. He hoped that she wasn't going to be rude to him if he said something to her. So now what was he going to say to her? He didn't know. He waited a couple of seconds before he spoke. "Hi, are you okay?" James asked. His Southern American accent was the thing that stuck him out from most of the students in this school because he hasn't met a American yet.
