Theodore exhaled with slight relief as she greeted him, seemingly with reluctance, finally. Clearing his throat, he slightly rose an eyebrow in her direction as she snorted at her own little jokes about his friend. "Erm... sixteen, seventeen, something like that?" Although he would have never admitted it, Theo knew she was right. The Gryffindork was a bit immature, too much for his own good, sometimes. Thus, he couldn't be completely unnerved with the ginger. "What'd you, erm, bring him?" He asked, attempting to be casual as he nodded in the direction of the gift that she held. The Ravenclaw had an odd feeling that the gift was a knuckle sandwich disguised as a pretty present.
He sounded as if he was just throwing around numbers here. What kind of friend was he?! Ruby rolled her eyes at his response; she didn't even know his name.
"Oh, this?" She asked, holding up the
present when he asked about it. It was a small-ish package wrapped in pink wrapping paper that was adorned with sparkly unicorns. Grinning her trademark Ruby grin, she said,
"You'll see." Better get on with business, though.
"And what's your name, Mrs. Goofball?" She would have been delighted if he remembered her's--it wasn't easy to forget if you remembered her dark red hair.
