Nessie had decided to come for a walk with Puffles. She took a seat on a bench, took out a book, put Puffles on her lap, then started to read while she stroked him. She was getting really excited for her birthday there was only a few more days to go. Though she was still nervous for the day as her old best friend wouldn't be there. A tear slid down her cheek as she thought of her friend. Nessie wiped it away before anyone could see and carried on reading her book.
Christopher had taken his little sister's cat for a walk that morning and were taking yet
another break! The obese orange cat was too out if shape to walk for too long. His chubby and short legs couldn't support him any longer. The third year scooped up the gigantic cat, buckling under his huge weight. He collapsed onto the bench, next to a small girl to whom he didn't take much notice to at first.
This changed, however, when he heard a small sniffle. He glanced to the side and saw a small girl wipe away a tear, glancing around to see if anyone noticed. He noticed though.
"Erm.... Excuse me.... Are- are you alright?"
