Nessie was pretty tired when she got into the common room. She sat in an armchair and started to think about her birthday. Her birthday which was the 27th of November was real close. She was really excited and was hoping to have an awsome day. Only problem was it was her first birthday without her old best friend. A tear slid down her cheek as she thought of her. Nessie twiped it away, but before she knew it there were more coming. She burried her face in her knees hoping no one noticed.
