Kurumi raised an eyebrow slightly at Treyen when he said that Walnut had been behaving himself. At this point in time, that simply meant that he wasn't peeing in anyone's shoes, which Kurumi took to be a very good thing.
Looking down at the cat who was softly purring in her arms, Kurumi sighed and scratched him behind the ears. "
As long as he didn't have a repeat of his...um...leakage in the common room," she said looking at Treyen shyly.

Well, it was because he didn't very well wanted kids to just enter his place as if they own it, but he supposed he could overlook Kurumi's behaviour this one time. "It's fine," he told the girl, "He's been well-behaved so far, but I don't think he likes me much." Lachlan shot the prissy cat a slight grin. "Why don't you take a seat, Miss Hollingberry? Would you like anything to drink?"
"
I'm afraid he doesn't like many people these days, Professor," she giggled softly. Yep, a real king in his on rite at the moment and anyone who so much as looked at him strangely woke up with a few surprises in their shoes. Bowing once more before taking a seat, Kurumi rested Walnut on her lap. The cat stood up for a moment, twirled around, and curled back up into a ball again. "
He had a sort of kitty crush on the former Care of Magical Creatures professor," she said covering his ears for a moment. She knew it was a sensitive subject for the feline seeing as he had run all the way down here. She smiled nervously at the man. "
I'd love a pumpkin juice...i-i-if you have it."
Kurumi then listened as Treyen and Professor MacFusty discussed The Hufflepuff's niffler. Kurumi and Treyen had discussed he niffler in question a bit last term, but Kurumi hadn't been able to meet him yet, but would very much like to do so.
She was suddenly struck with a thought as the professor asked about Treyen taking Aslan away from the nursery. She didn't suppose he would be allowed to take it to the old ship and see if there was any pirate's gold on there? She was sure that there was some sort of hidden secret there just waiting to be discovered.
