"Well you've already managed the first things...taking off and having the courage to attempt flying up here," he replied with a smile. The willingness to try was always a good thing to have. "Relaxation a little of your hold would be a good tip but for now if it makes you more comfortable keep it up until you get more steady on the broom." The Gryffindor captain thought for a moment on what else could be needed.
"How about we try some level flying now....I can fly beside you if you want. I promise not to go fast."
Peyton nodded as she carefully listened to what the guy said. She looked down at her hands and thought about loosen her hold on the broom, but decided against it when it did the wobble thing again.
Level flying?
Peyton almost bounced in excitement until she remembered where she was, so instead she gave him a bright smile.
"Alright!" and he was even promising to not go fast. If she wasn't holding on the broom she would have prefered a pinky promise, but she trusted him.
"Thanks..."
???
She didn't know his name. Oh, this was embarassing.
"I'm Peyton, by the way," she said.
