Violet could feel her heartbeat begin to race already. Nathan liked her? There was so much going on already, Chris, Cass apparently liking Chris, Selina telling her that Cass liked Chris, now Nathan liked Violet?! It was too much to handle!
Selina bit on her bottom lip. She had been afraid of this. She knew that telling Violet would be hard, but she had expected her to at least talk or move or breath. She seemed to be performing none of the above. Her heart hitched in her chest and she leaned over to her friend pulling herself up from the ground where the baby Abraxan was.
"Violet?" She asked touching her shoulder softly, "Um.... please be alive."
