Hopefully nobody would start to faint or run out of the classroom in tears now or both now. They did know it wasn't real, right?

"While there are obvious signs of magic in the fairy tale like the Evil Witch and her doings, including the enchanted mirror somebody mentioned earlier, the ending is somewhat a more subtle kind of magic. And this is what we'll be dealing with today." He explained, writing "True Love's Kiss" onto the blackboard under "Snow White". "Now, anybody got any other examples of these kinds of subtle hints at magic, also in other fairy tales? Proof that whoever wrote the fairy tale must have had some kind of experience or encounter with somebody or something from our world. And again, I'm not talking about evil witches trying to eat little children. Just about certain things which can only happen when magic is involved. Or magical creatures even." Hopefully they had understood what he was trying to say.
Peyton was in deep thought about "True Love's Kiss". Was that even possible? According to her, kissing wasn't all that nice, the exchanged of saliva was just GROSS! What if the person hadn't washed their mouth and had garlic breath. UGH!

Well, that would certainly have an effect on the other person...like making them FAINT.

So, "True Love's Kiss" did NOT exist.

Snapping out her thoughts the girl focused on the question that had been asked. What Fairy tales, that she knew of, had suble hints of REAL magic? Hehe, this is where her favorite stories her daddy told her would come in handy, but many people had already said them. Pfft.

AHH! No, some said Little Mermaid, her favorite. Oh well, time to improvise. Hmmm....hmmm...hmmm...hmmm....AH!

Peyton raised her hand so fast that if there had been a fly there it would have ended in a coma. "Professor, I have an idea too; Peter Pan," was that a fairy tale...eh? She didn't know. "Peter Pan was able to fly all the way from Never Land to Wendy's house. What if he used a broom to fly AND was able to stay young...a kid forever," Peyton stopped and took a deep breath and began again, "So, what if he had some kind of aging potion that kept him young, eh?" That sounded a bit right...right?

Peyton felt confident of her answer, but one thing she was also confident was that she was never going to look at Peter Pan the same.
