Ian looked around and marveled at the dizzying array of trinkets scattered about the classroom. He looked up at the professor's desk and noted that he only marginally acknowledged students as they came in and sat down. He seemed rather engrossed in his feet and drawing designs in the air. He looked around, hoping to see if anyone else was like him (muggleborn) but he didn't seem to be able to discern that from their appearances. The class was a healthy mix of younger students and those a bit older.
