Bleu usually wouldn't sit in the common room at all to do her homework. She usually would just go into the girls dorm, shut the currtains around her bed and study there. She figured this would bring her out in the open more and hopefully she would find some new friends.
She was snuggled up in an arm chair near the fireplace reading through her notes from last years lessons, hoping to revise and get herself up to speed for the new term. It was always noisy in the common room, but if she was a good student, she could study anywhere, loud or not.
It had really been quite a start to the new term. Her friends hadn't changed any either. Most of them were still calling on her for her advice. Of course she didn't mind at all, that's what friends did for each other but sometimes she just needed to have a little breather. She usually went to Destiny for that but each time the two of them hung out together, they ended up doing something crazy.
Mia made her way into the common room in the hopes of meeting some of her own housemates. This was her third term here and she knew only two other Huffies. As she made her way across the room, she spotted a girl sitting in front of the fire and she looked to be about her own age.
She flopped down in the chair opposite and gave the girl a warm smile and then nodded her head at the girl's books.
"It's like it never ends eh?"
