"Any sentence you want," Josephina said, smiling down upon the young Slytherin and doing some quick mental calculations. "But just try to make sure their accurate. You might wish to calculate each word separately to avoid errors, even though it doesn't make much a difference in these exercises. Such as how your total for that sentence should actually be 73."
ooc: okay. I'm going to sleep; feel free to continue practicing calculations of sentences and/or moving onto the complications of phrases. Will continue tomorrow, but y'all are doing great =D

And to do this, you must add together the values from each word to get a final value for that sentence. Again, remember, do not reduce." She reiterated the last bit sternly, once more, because she knew she always emphasized the reduction in any previous calculation they've done for Arithmancy. This was different.
Selina listened to her Professor speak to the class and smiled when Kurumi was the first to finish. She always was the most apt in all of her classes. Turning to her friend she mouthed good work and then returned to her own five traits. Her parchment was neat and well-organized, but her math skills were lacking. She knew it was only a matter of time until the clean parchment became chicken scratch.
"Is this correct, ma'am?"
