This was somewhat confusing to Ariana, since paragrams were words and Arithmancy was numbers... well, being who she was, she couldn't resist answering the question anyway!

sure Professor Hadley had some very good reason to ask that question, that would tie in to the whole 'coincidences' thing as well as numbers. She just had to wait and see what Professor Hadley said.
