He snatched the younger student's dictionary out of Patroclus's hand.
"So.. like contegifors for a shield..." he said. He then tossed the dictionary back on the table for someone else to use. He'd contributed. And that was enough latin for him for one day.

"So," he turned his attention back to the group, "We need wand movements, Rosemary, Christina, Heather and Janet, do you have any ideas of a good wand movement?" he asked of the few girls who seemed a little lost.
Then turning to Kurumi he sumarised some of the spells they had already suggested, "So we have had; 'Verto Galea', 'Verto Pilleus', 'Verto Parma', 'Verto Armatus', 'Gignatis Ferrum', 'Corpus Armatura', 'Corpus Armatura Cassida', 'Cambrair Scutum' and 'Contego' but we need more!"
More they needed, MORE!
Blushing a bit, Kurumi gave Patroclus a quick salute before returning to her parchment to write down the spells that the prefect had just mentioned. The Lion Scribe...hm...that DID have a rather nice ring to it.
" What do the spells you just mentioned do?" Kurumi said scratching her head with the tip of her quill. If she was going to be the Scribe, she needed to be as thorough as possible. Checking her Latin notes at the top of her parchment, Kurumi tried her best guess as everything, but quickly gave up knowing that she had a Latin expert in Selina sitting right next to her, and raised her eyebrow at being on Team Shaw.
The man frightened her...chainsaw and all...
After having completed her notes up to that point, she passed them to Patroclus. " Does that look about right?" she asked looking up at him for confirmation as well as to her right at Selina.
