It felt like a bad muggle movie was being played out in front of her eyes. One minute Sophie was listening to Josh explaining why he thought Finny was a jerk and derserved to be punched. The lioness prefect was going to ask for Finny's version to the events knowing that he was going to tell her the truth. If he was actually a player Sophie would have to deal with that later since she kinda liked him and wanted to get to know him better. Then out of nowhere a badger boy came up and pulled Finn aside and literally broke his nose saying it was for Marie and all the other girls that he had used and ditched. As the blood came pouring down Sophie was about to conjure up a towel to stop the bleeding when Lexi Denver showed up on the floor shouting at the top of her lungs. Apparently she knew the badger.
Finn called the boy an idiot for attacking the head boy but didn't get much further since the blood that continued to drip from his nose made him look a bit gueasy green around the face. As the boy asked for a fist fight. Sophie shot him a long stare "Stop it! Think about what your doing Mr? Punching the head boy once is severe if you continue well i think you know what will happen then. So i strongly advice you to step back, take a breath and cool your head off. There isn't going to be anymore fists flying here this morning." Stepping in Finn's line of fire she waited for the badger to back off she was being serious. Sophie even took up her wand and held it ready just in case.
Then thank merlin a professor showed up. It was Professor Zookara who asked what on merlins blessed earth was going on. Sophie was about explain when the badger owned up for what he did. At least that was good. Then Lexi and Josh spoke in turn. Josh implied there was more to the story which Sophie knew there was and the Prof wanted to hear more. "Josh and Lexi have told you what basically happened Professor. I, Fin and Josh were having a nice conversation when that boy came up and punched Fin on the nose."
Professor Zookara conjured an icepack which Lexi held up to Fin's nose. Conjuring a big towel which was also wet Sophie walked up to clean off the worst blood asking Fin worridly "How are you feeling? Do you want me to come along to the hospital wing?" As the lioness prefect worked blood spattered all over her too but it didn't become her. "Try to keep looking up into the ceiling Fin it will make the blood flow lessen a little. If you feel faint we can levitate you to the hospital wing." Looking over at Lexi she wondered if she would object to Sophie's coming along.
