First day at Hogwarts. This was frightening to him. But he didn't look afraid at all. He just looked like he didn't know where he was. He was lost and new to this huge castle/school place. But he needed to make some new friends weither he liked it or not because he needed some new friends that wouldn't make him think of home and he had been thinking of Ireland a lot within the past few weeks. This was bad for him because he wanted to come to Hogwarts. Now he moved up the stairs some what slowly and ran a hand through his long dark brown hair.
Samira was leaning against the top of the staircase, not really doing anything in particular. Maybe one of her friends she hasn't seen all summer would come along. She has only seen a handful of her old friends, and even then she didn't have much of a chance to have a conversation. Asia and Antarctica was great and all, but she was just happy to be back to Hogwarts. Her real home. Absentmindedly, the Slytherin started to play with one of the rings on her finger. Not noticing until it was too late, the ring slipped off her slim finger and down the moving staircase.
"Oh!" cried Samira in surprise. The ring stopped near a boy who she had never met before. She tried to get his attention.
"Hey! Excuse me?" she pointed to his feet.
"Could you please hand me my ring?"
