Melina hesitently walked through the portrait door, anticipating the look of her very own House common room. No matter what she had imagined, none of her thoughts compared with what she saw. Mouth agape, her eyes took in the grace and grandure that was the Ravenclaw common room. She felt like she'd just stepped into a fairy tale.
She spotted her friend Luna and another girl she'd recognized from the Ravenclaw table and decided to join their conversation.
"Hey, Luna! Hi everyone, I'm Melina. What's everybody talking about?" she said with a bright smile.
