Bit of Background info
Emily's mum abandoned her before she was 1 for unknown reasons, so she grew up with her sister and birth-dad. A week after her ninth birthday she was taken into care but she dosen't know why. 6 months later she was adopted by a nice muggle couple and moved to Brighton along with her sister. When she got her Hogwarts letter her adoptive parents almost disowned her as she thought she was 'weird' ~~typical muggles~~ but after a talk with her sister, they kept her. They just don't talk about magic in the house.
Her sister works at the Ministry, training to be an auror while her adoptive father is a postman and adoptive mother a muggle geography teacher.

Personality
Emily is a very studious girl and loves to read. Her goal is to read the whole Hogwarts library before she leaves! She loves to learn and her favourite subject is charms. A lesson she seems particularly gifted in. She may be responsible, but don't let this fool you. Like a true Lion she has a mischievous and daring side, thourally encouraged by her sister! She's not afraid to stand up for what she believes in, and will protect her friends no matter what!
