And within a matter of seconds Violet found her and gasped quickly scurrying over to her and then plopped down next to her saying,"Selina Skylar! Ahh!" Violet wrapped her arms around her best friend giving her a hug happily. Selina heard the click of heels as she fiddled with the hem of her shirt. Something about the fabric under the tips of her fingers were comforting. She had run her soft finger tips across this fabric so often last year when she had gotten nervous, excited, bored. It was just a natural habit of hers now. She didn't even want to think about when she was older and she could no longer wear this uniform without being put in St. Mungo's for being a looney.
The clicks grew louder and louder as she continued to play with the fabric. Once she was about to look up at the table and rejoin the living world a pair of arms snaked around her frame and Selina yelped, "Don't kill me Elektra!" Opening her eyes she saw it was Violet and she relaxed, "Oh it's just you. Well don't you look fabulous in your uniform little miss second year?"

"You're welcome," he said as Selina thanked him for the compliment however hesitant it was. "Hmm...we shall have to see if it helped," he mused after listening about to say something more when he could only watch as the incident happened.
"You ok?" he asked her quietly, holding out a cloth napkin to her seeing as she had landed her elbow in a dish and he wasn't sure if anything had made its way on her.
Selina had officially never been so embarrassed in her entire life. She was face down on the cold wooden table while she was sure every single Gryffindor was snickering at the little redhead. Just when she was sure she had her faculties in order with Simon she literally put her elbow in the butter. How dumb was she? She contemplated for a moment just staying with her head on the table and never surfacing for air, but eventually decided against that plan of attack.
Sitting up slowly Selina's face was bright red, redder than her hair. "My pride is slightly wounded, but I think I'm okay. Does my face look okay?" Selina asked sheepishly taking the napkin and cleaning off her butter smeared robes. Then she remembered she was a witch and drew out her wand. With a quick swish she said, "Scourgify!" Her robe was clean like nothing had happened... but Selina knew something did happen.
