As he turned away from the girl, he heard another familiar voice. It was his friend Cassie from Italy. "I finally convinced my parents to let me run away." he remarked with a smile. It had been a little while since he saw Cassie. "How have you been? This is pretty nice by the way."he said looking around.
Cassie laughed at his remark and tilted her head as she looked at him, a smug little smile on her face."
So you mean then that you managed to bribe them with something in order for them to allow you to come here. I bet you just wanted to see me." She did an animated wink and chuckled.
" Meh I've been okay I guess, still being dragged with my parents around the whole on quirky work vacation things." She shrugged. She did not enjoy them and perhaps never would either but oh well. One good came out of it. She met Jai here."
Yeah it is nice." She looked up at the enchanted ceiling and smiled.
