"Please, sit down." offering the seat in front of her. Yes, she is a first year. You'd always know who they are. They have this 'first year' aura i guess.

Oh, she almost forgot. "This is Jonathan" she introduced the person sitting next to her. "We're both in the fourth year. I'm a Ravenclaw" she said "he's a Slytherin" pointing her thumb to Jonathan.
