Of course he was correct. Rafael made a point of reviewing each of his employees files as they were hired. Not it was only a matter of matching faced to names and... quirks. "That I am, please call be Rafael though." He didn't care to explain his name at the moment with more pressing matters at hand. "Before we continue with our pleasantries, I must make a request," he pointed at the man's hair. "While that looks nice, and I'm sure it takes work to keep it that way, I must ask you to refrain from doing any hair while in the work room. We have bathrooms for that." To say it was weird telling this to a man, and not a woman was an understatement.

And the wink was just... well, lets just say he had his hands full with this one.

He was certain that the man could, and probably already had, distinguished what exactly covered his work boots. "I am well, and I hope the same can be said for you?" His amusement increased at the last question, and widened his smile a bit. "That she has... for many years now. And how about yourself, Rain. Has 'Mother Nature' been kind to you?"
