It was summer-which meant, school of his 3rd year, had ended. And with Selina things were hanging by less than a thread...How would he be treated by his 'ex sister'? He believed not even Selina had the answer to that, and it would just come with time.
Looking around once more, thinking on chickening out, he knocked on the giant door.
Selina was in the kitchen with Violet and Elektra making cookies for Kurumi's visit later in the week when she heard a knock at the door. Giggling to her friends she jumped off the stool at her tabletop and said, "I'll be back. Have to get the door. You two just keep doing what you're doing."
They nodded to her and continued their task gossiping along with one another. She knew that they would not need her for quite some time. Besides when those two were together they could get lost in conversation for hours with little notice of anyone else. So Selina had time.
She then walked through the dinning room and into the foyer. Peaking through the front door of her house she saw a boy. Because of the stain glass she could not tell who it was. Pulling open the front door she said, "Excuse me, can I help- Adam."
