Once he was done putting their luggage away, Sabel rubbed his hands on his pants, glancing about the compartment. If there was something else he could have straightened out, he would have. As it was, there was only Arya and her kneazle, and for the look on her face, he forced a small smile.
Slipping onto the seat beside her, he rested one hand on her knee and his head back against the cushion, closing his eyes. He wasn't sure he wanted to see them pull away from the station. To see all of what he would leave behind slip away. He had seen enough of that in his life, he didn't want to see it again.
