Ellie chuckled as he described his little sister.
"Well then, I can't wait to meet her." She said with a grin. In all honesty, she was excited to meet
all of Alex's family. A little nervous too. The boy goes off to school for a year and brings home a girlfriend. Internal snort.
Picking up an apple from the middle of the table, Ellie held it in front of her but didn't eat it. Was something bugging her? .... YES. Ellie sighed and looked at her boyfriend.
"I'm just really nervous. And worried." And scared. And then she couldn't help it. She started talking and then all the words spilled out.
"About going home and seeing my mom after... all this. After all the letters we sent, after all the times she got mad at me and I got fed up and said mean things... It's all different in person. After writing letters for 10 months, I don't know what to say to her face." She told him, honestly. Ellie shrugged.
