Sabel's yelling and angry glares were enough to keep her from responding to Destiny's LIES. Though she wasn't really feeling bad for what she did to Chicken Girl because she deserved it! He just wasn't able to see it with all his anger and disappointment.

If he kept this up he was going to make her cry... not with Destiny around though, she wait for her to leave before doing that. In complete pouty mode, she crossed her arms over her chest and sulked while he berated them both.

Berated her for something SHE didn't deserve. Destiny was the one that came in insulting her, she should be the only one getting in trouble. Knowing that her words would only get her in hotter water with him, she bit her tongue, literally, and tried to sneak glares at Destiny when his eyes were on her.
