Perfect. Sigh.
But then Kurumi sort of answered Hadley and he...staaaared at Kurumi. Blink. He'll be sticking to her in Arithmancy for sure. Smart Gryffindor, she deserved a smile. And so, he smiled at her.
Kurumi flipped through her book a bit more to try and understand the whole missing number 1 in her name when something VERY bright and VERY sparkly attacked her from the right.
Had someone opened a window and let the sun in?
Blinking a few times, Kurumi was able to make out the windowless wall. Where was the shine coming from? Turning her gaze down a bit, she saw Treyen
smiling at her. Oh, well, that would explain the glare.
Kurumi's cheeks flushed red and she snapped her head back to her book where she continued to read about the karmic lesson associated with the number 1.
It was the loneliest number after all.
