"I'm so glad that you finally got to come over this summer." Caroline smiled at the blonde headed boy that she hadn't seen in what seem like a thousand year. She gave him a kiss.
"I know I haven’t seen you since the train.” Carter grinned at her. “So how has your summer been so far?”
“It’s been ok, I guess.”
“You guess?”
“Yeah, mmm…. Do you smell something burning?” She sniffed the air.
“Yeah” Carter said looking into the kitchen.
“Oh Merlin, my cookies. I’m going to need a fire x-tinguisher” She said looking at the flames on the oven.
