Jake had been waiting in the Entrance Hall for Neptune, a sour, sad look on his face. When he HAD seen her, the young man had felt his heart leap, expecting her to come up the stairs and head to the Hospital Week for him.

But she'd gone straight into the Great Hall... and Jake had followed, swallowing his pride for once.

Finding her at once, Jake went to sit right beside the girl, still really feeling the headache, but whether that was from the injury was another matter.

Sitting beside Neptune on the bench, Jake kept his body facing away from the table but looked down at Neptune. "That's bad for your back, you know," he said after a moment's hesitation, before looking down at a piece of parchment he'd folded multiple times and which he was now fidgeting with, passing it through his fingers, over and over again.

"Neptune..."

Eh... would she walk away?
